Goodbye Kindergarten.....Hello 1st Grade!
Lenas daughter Taylor graduated from Kindergarten tonight! It was so cute to see her up there all dressed up. She was looking adorable! We took her some balloons to celebrate her big day! Congratulations Taylor!

Cheerios....Fruit Loops???
So I gave Kensley her 1st taste of Rice Cereal today. As you can tell from her pictures I got quite a few different reactions from it! After we tried the spoon for awhile I decided to put it in a bottle. I think she liked that a little better she sucked it right down.
***There is a very funny story behind the title to this post. One night Aaron, Lena, Brian and I were sitting around the table chit chatting about when kids start having cereal...Lena was saying how she was giving it to her kids in a bottle early to try and help them sleep thru the night...so we were sitting there and all the sudden Brian is looking very confused and says "Hmmm, like Cheerios or Fruit Loops or what?" Yes Folks, He Was Serious!!!***

Congrats to Daniel Jodi and Michael! Jodi had the best Mothers Day ever! She found out she is expecting #2!!! Brian and I could not be happier for them!
When she came to my house yesterday we were standing in the living room and she reaches in her pocket and says "Do you want to see what Daniel gave me for Mothers Day" (I was expecting her to pull out a fat diamond ring and Brian was ready to kick Daniels butt for making him look bad! :)...) Anyhow, that is when she pulled out the positive pregnancy test! I screamed....I was so excited for her! It was such a shock and was a much better gift than the ring I was expecting!!!
I cant wait to meet "HER"!!!

We had a Great Mothers Day. We started the day off by going to Brians parents house for breakfast...Yummy! The guys got to do the cooking. It was great! Then we came home and My family came over here for a little BBQ gathering. It was such a relaxing day. I couldnt have asked for more!

Then and Now...
My Mom bought this toy for Blaine when he was just a baby. This weekend we decided to clean it up for Kensley. She is just starting to get to the age where she needs something more to do and I thought this would be perfect. Of course, as you can tell from my other posts Blaine has to try everything of Kensleys out! Here he is in the exersaucer thing...He doesnt think he is to big for it!
Day by the Pool...
This was the 1st day this year we were able to hang out by the pool. It was such a nice relaxing day. I did not try and get Kensley in the pool yet....it was still way to cold for her. She just hung out under the patio watching her Sister and Brother swim. Then she took a 3 hour nap so I was able to play with the kids. Very Nice!!

So I missed out on the girls trip this year...but I will be there next year! My Mom and Sister Jodi and My Aunt Judy and Cousin Kristy just got back from a relaxing vacation in Maui. They had a wonderful time and got a ton of great pictures! I thought I would share a few!

Kensley was just talking and smiling in her bouncy chair yesterday so I had to snap a few pictures. She is now trying to laugh...it is adorable!
Officially signed up for Kindergarten!
We got Blaine registered for Kindergarten this week! He still does not say to much about it. I think once we meet his teacher and do all that fun stuff he will have more of an opinion. Since all we have done is paperwork in the office I don't think it is quite real to him yet!
